dog friendly hotel welcome bag menu options attentive staff
I found the hotel to be dog friendly. Staff gave my dog a welcome bag. The bag included a toy and treats. Breakfast included several options. I could order from the menu. Staff also knew my dog's name.
I found that the hotel is a bit far from the city center.

Excellent Stay!!!
helpful staff adequate room nice selection
The hotel staff was VERY friendly and helpful. They made check-in seamless. The room size was adequate. The breakfast had a nice selection. I especially enjoyed the fruit and yogurt. I found the experience to be great overall.

sagging ceiling ineffective solution
The bathroom showed considerable wear. The ceiling was visibly sagging and pieces were flaking off. i found mold present, indicating a lack of proper maintenance. the staff's suggestion to open the window was unhelpful, particularly as the window subsequently became difficult to close. this resulted in an insecure room. I expected better upkeep and a more effective resolution.
