the location allowed easy access to transport the tramway station was only a few minutes away by foot the beach was also very close. the breakfast offered a good variety of food and drinks. i found the staff very friendly and helpful .
the wifi connection in my room was somewhat unreliable

I found the room quite noisy. The noise from the street traffic was pretty BAD (I really needed earplugs). The room design was also not great.
