The staff was very helpful and ALWAYS giving us recommendations. Breakfast has A variety of options and was delicious. The location was close to the beach and also the train station so it's easy to get around. The room was lovely and clean, it was a great size for us also.
The solo room i had was very noise because it has THIN wall to the next room. I had the luck to have two young girl next to me who didn't shup up till midnight usually. Also you can hear everything from the corridor.

Drinking water and hot drinks were provided FOR everyone. The hotel includes a public transport stop nearby. the train station is close. There are places to eat and coffee right next to the hotel.

Rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. They cleaned THE rooms every day. Our suite was a good solution for four people. The second bedroom is a little short with beds.

The hotel location is near the city center. The street IS quiet. A ten-to-fifteen minute walk reaches the beach. The railway, tram and dining options make this a convenient spot.

the location is quite good near the train station. the hotel provides water and syrup in the lobby. the room was larger than i anticipated it was nice.
the staff's attitude could be improved with more friendliness. the breakfast selection remains the same every day. one bedroom lacked a door, and the bathroom lock was broken it was inconvenient.

the location was VERY convenient. i could easily access nearby attractions. filtered water was AVAILABLE downstairs. this helped me refill my water bottle.
housekeeping did not refill my coffee pods for the machine. they also did not remove the used coffee cup. the receptionist SAID refills were locked away and i needed to come back in the morning to get them.

the staff offered helpful recommendations for local restaurants. i liked the convenient access to the train station because its nearby. the room felt clean and it was comfortable.
the faucet produced brown water, which concerned me. our room fridge didn't maintain a cold temperature. obtaining extra room keys was difficult to manage, they weren't easy.

The room presented issues. The shower head sprayed water everywhere because of a faulty fixture. the walls seemed thin. I could hear conversations from adjacent rooms, a considerable disruption.

The location was acceptable. It is near the train station if one plans day trips to other cities.
The air conditioner did not function properly for two days. It leaked onto the bed. housekeeping failed to replenish the coffee pods. The one room was not serviced on the first day. the balcony was unclean despite recent redecoration, shutters needed maintenance.
