I found the location very convenient. It is a short walk from the train station. This made travel easy. The staff were polite! and very helpful with directions. The room was clean and well kept.

The reception staff provided a fantastic welcome. charles was super friendly and helpful, showing genuine care. the double glazing in my room was really effective. It blocked out the hustle and bustle of the busy area. the room was lovely.
the bed was not properly made. the sheets looked not to have been changed at all. when i entered the room, the sheets were very wrinkled and noticeably yellowed.

my room included a kettle and a coffee maker, which i found very convenient. sound isolation was good. the bathroom was new and clean.

the noise was pretty bad the windows do little to block it out i swear they painted around the mirror instead of removing it first it looks like they rushed everything i also noticed the single glazing did nothing to help with noise i could hear everything outside so sleeping was not easy

The location provided convenient access to the train station. The check-in desk operated 24/7 and I appreciated it. I found a central street near the hotel. There was also a market close by.
The noise level was very high. It seemed the work started very early. I expected the hotel to inform guests about potential noise.

the reception staffs, tiago and leo, were helpful with check in and check out. they were fluent on english. the location is close to the train station, thats very nice. wi-fi worked well in the lobby.
the kettle had floatings in it. i asked for a new one, they said they had none. it was an noisy area with industrial sound.
