The room I booked was not the same as the one displayed in the photos online. It was significantly smaller than expected, resulting in cramped conditions. An extra fee was required to move to a larger room. I found this practice dishonest.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. My room had a fridge, along with tea and coffee making facilities. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the pleasant decor. The church view was a welcome sight each morning.
I noticed some building works next door. It impacted the peacefulness of the stay.

The hotel is situated very close to the railway station. The proximity to the cathedral also provides an excellent landmark for navigating the area. It is perfect for travellers.

Really good Service and Prime Location

The hotel staff were courteous! they readily provided useful suggestions. Julien kindly walked us to the train station. The hotel café offered ice daily. The room was also very clean and spacious.
The outdated décor of the bathroom was not ideal. The hotel was somewhat noisy at night, sounds carried through the rooms. Someone entered the room early one morning without knocking!

The staff members were multilingual. They provided recommendations and welcomed me back with smiles. I felt at home with their level of attentiveness.

A water fountain was available. Complimentary soft drinks were found in the mini fridge. A discount was offered at the adjacent bakery. Drink coupons could be used at the bakery on days when skipping room service.
