wonderful stay!

The staff helped me with my luggage, which i appreciated a lot! the breakfast included a good selection. poached eggs were excellent. They were the best i have tasted in a long time. the ferry terminal was very close to the accommodation.
the car park was hard to find.

the hotel is located near the mersey river promenade. it provides easy access to the ferry terminal. the area offers a pleasant environment for walking and sightseeing, and transport links are convenient.

the staff offered help with luggage and provided information about the area. the manager showed a very friendly attitude, and a caring approach toward guests. staff were really good.

Breakfast includes a varied selection. fresh coffee is available. there is a good offering of cereals. I found the breakfast service punctual. the poached eggs were cooked very well.

The rooms were spacious and clean with comfy beds. The room had super comfy pillows. there was a shower room, and i found that the room was safe. the twin room included a private bathroom.

the hotel has a private car park. a pool table is located downstairs, which allows guests to have fun. i also noticed a key fob entry for added safety. the wi-fi connection was stable.

i found the staff friendly and hospitable it. the cooked-to-order breakfast was great providing excellent service and delicious food.

friendly staffobstructed viewcramped room
the staff seemed friendly enough.
the promised river view was largely obstructed by other buildings. also, the room smelled strongly of stale smoke. i reported it, but nothing changed . the double room private bathroom was a bit cramped.
