the staff were very friendly and helpful. i was offered a free continental breakfast with lots of choices. free parking was available on site, a real bonus.
My room's kettle was not clean. the bed sheets also looked dirty. the bathroom door didn't shut properly. It needs fixing.

the guest house includes a unique basement area called 'the cave'. it features a billiards table accessible to guests. the cave offers a fun recreational space for both adults and children, and is a definite plus!!!

The staff was friendly and efficient. the continental breakfast was good, it had a decent selection. the location was excellent for visiting anfield. It was very convenient.
the main road created noise, with sirens and people yelling early in the morning. the room was hot even with the radiator off, and the window open, made sleeping difficult. i found the bed to be uncomfortable and old.

The reception provided a friendly welcome. I received a complimentary room upgrade and breakfast. My Double Room Private Bathroom was spacious, and the bed was comfortable.
The hotel could benefit from some redecoration.

The staff members were friendly and very helpful. If one stay, one must spend time in the basement. The basement area provides a unique experience with its Liverpool memorabilia.
Sorry to say, the place needs a very slight eye to detail.

A breakfast buffet is available, and it is perfect. This option suits even picky eaters and makes mornings much easier. The convenience adds significant value to the stay, particularly for families with children.

The guest house has a great location since it has walking distance to Anfield. The shrine to the football club is amazing this a very special spot for fans. Off-road parking is available which adds to the convenience.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I received a complimentary upgrade to an apartment. This. The breakfast buffet was a BIG plus for my picky eaters.
The hotel needed a little attention to detail.

the staff were friendly, though that was to be expected.
i found cockroach by my bed and the wi-fi was poor, i could barely connect. the beds felt old and uncomfortable, the linens and pillows matched that feel. also, prepare to use the stairs if your room is on the fourth floor, it is not suitable for families or anyone with knee problems.
