Great Stay Near the Stadium

Diane, who I think was the lady's name, was EXTREMELY helpful. She even ironed my shirt for me, which I really appreciated. The staff, Chantelle, Melissa, and Danielle, were great with hospitality and chats.
The three-story bunk beds had stairs that were not easily accessible, unfortunately.

The bar was good and lively in the evenings. It provided a cute space to unwind. Drinks were readily available, and the atmosphere was conducive to socialising with other guests. It certainly added to the overall experience.

The bathroom setup was not good I thought there were not enough facilities for women. I had to queue for a long time to use the only women's toilet. Also the beds felt dangerous I was put on the top bunk of a triple bunk bed. I worried about falling off as there was no barrier.

The location is super convenient. The bus stop is very close. i found the automated check-in easy to use. the downstairs bar had a great atmosphere for match days!
my room was right next to the kitchen, and the light kept flickering on and off. applies, twice.

the location is amazing! it is a quick stroll to a famous football ground. also it's only five minutes from a bus stop! the bus will take you back to the city centre so easy. i would definitely rebook based on location!
the curtains didn't fully close i noticed! in the morning there was no toilet paper in the bathroom though!

I found the shower, room, and bed very clean when I arrived. Access was easy because Danielle provided helpful updates. The location is really close to the stadium.. I could see it from my window. The bar downstairs was quite convenient.
I noticed there wasn't staff on-site at all times.
