the location is good for access to public transport. staff are pleasant and provide assistance when required. the breakfast was a buffet. this buffet offered a variety of options.
my room showed wear and tear. paint was peeling in several places. the bathroom fixtures seemed outdated. the television was not working .

Breakfast offered a reasonable selection to start the day, this was useful. the proximity to public transport made it easy to explore different parts of the area. I walked to many places too.
i found the room was quite warm, especially at night. there was no air conditioning and i struggled to adjust the radiator to a comfortable level.

this place had a great location and the staff was great. beds were comfortable and it was quieter than most hotels. i liked that it was close to a lot of restaurants and about a 15 minute walk to msg.
the carpet in my room was my biggest complaint. it was ancient and beyond disgusting. no housekeeping really happened. also, the television was bolted to the wall in a way that i couldn't access the hdmi and use my firestick.

the location was really convenient. i appreciated that the staff were professional and respectful. i also enjoyed the breakfast (i especially liked the variety of options available).
my room was quite small. the bathroom was also very small (it was hard to move around in there). i found the lack of space uncomfortable.

I appreciated the convenient location near the subway (it made getting around simple!). Breakfast was included. It offered many choices, a great way to start the day.
Housekeeping did not clean the room during my entire stay. I needed to request toilet paper.
