My room was clean and the towels were changed daily. I found the location convenient in Koreatown.. Lots of food options were nearby. The staff was helpful. I saw them give directions and suggestions to other guests. The rooftop bar offered a great view of the Empire State Building.
Some of the towels showed wear. They had running threads. Perhaps replacing them soon would enhance the guest experience.

The rooftop bar provides excellent views of the surrounding cityscape and offers a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for winding down after a busy day exploring. The hotel provides coffee in the room, a nice touch that ensures a convenient start to the day.

The location proved convenient, with easy access to many attractions.
The room was quite small, smaller THAN I anticipated. The thermostat did not seem to function, a considerable inconvenience. The lack of proper maintenance was VERY apparent throughout my stay.

the staff was so friendly. i am so thankful for the excellent service! i loved the central location. it was convenient to so many things i wanted to see. housekeeping was perfect, great!
The air conditioning unit was very loud. it was hard to sleep with it running. i had to turn it off. then the room became too warm.
