The kitchen had basic breakfast items, like coffee and bread. There were also attractive balconies guests could use. Laundry was available after I arranged it with staff. It was REALLY clean.
The walls seemed a bit thin, as I could hear some noise from the hallway.

The guesthouse is in a quiet area near coffee shops and restaurants. Grocery stores are nearby. There is also a takeout chicken shop. A walk to the city centre is nice. The tram and bus stop near the guesthouse.

The staff was thoughtful. They provide coffee, tea, bread, biscuits, yogurt, and jam. Check-in was straightforward. I was even able to check in early. The staff was very friendly and helpful .

The shared kitchen has everything you could need. The beds were comfy, and I slept soundly. The room was bright, nicely decorated, and the private bathroom was newly renovated, REALLY nice!

i stayed in the montserrat room and i appreciated the interior design. the bed was comfortable (i slept really well). the location is also quite good, close to the river and the city centre. the neighbourhood had excellent cafés and good restaurants.
The room was a bit small for two people. the noise was also an issue. I could hear doors closing and people walking in the corridor. a shared balcony is a nice addition, but i could hear some noises and smoke coming into the main corridor.
