The metro was very handy. It was super close to the hotel. the staff was pleasant, always ready to help with a smile. the breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! i really enjoyed the variety.
the location is a little outside the main center, requiring a short taxi ride.

The staff was friendly. Ermitilio and Costanza at the reception welcomed me warmly. The room was clean and the hotel's location is convenient. I could easily walk to several key areas. Taxis were also readily available.
I found the mini-bar items to be overpriced. The cost of mineral water was higher than expected. It is an inconvenience.

Breakfast included a good variety of options to start the day. The staff ensured that there was enough food and clean tables. A good pizza shop across the street and an really good East Indian restaurant down the block added to dining choices.

The hotel was very clean and the sheets and towels were changed daily. The metro station Anjos (green line) is just a few minutes away. The hotel provided easy access to transportation and nearby attractions .

fresh breakfastold towelstrange smell
the breakfast had a lot of options and felt quite fresh. the chef was always smiling so it started the day well.
the towels had a strange old smell i couldn't get past. the room felt dark and i needed more light to read comfortably at night. the bathroom wasnt very useful.
