the room was clean and looked like the photos i saw.
I was not happy with the service. unlocking the door and getting the codes was done through ft. I think this was unprofessional and impersonal. also, i think the hosts could have been more cute. There wasn't any chit chat or any thanks given.

a few issues
poor showersewage odor
I found some drawbacks. the shower pressure was almost nonexistent. It was barely a trickle, i think? it made washing properly difficult. plus, i noticed a distinct sewage odor emanating from the bathroom each time i opened the door. it was pretty off-putting and lingered in the room.

the staff seemed very accommodating to our needs. we received a complimentary room upgrade it was a pleasant surprise. the hotel was very clean with some thoughtful extras. the location was convenient for exploring.
the room felt quite cold the public areas were warmer. the heating did not seem to operate in the morning. the bed and pillows were very firm they were not comfortable.

the room was clean. it included everything i needed. the walk to the city centre and shops is short. i would stay again.
the shower provided poor water pressure. it was just a dribble.
