the location was super and near all of the places to visit. the balcony was a big bonus, i loved sit outside in the sunshine. the room has all i needed as a base. the room was clean and enough space.
when booked, its dont makes it clear about the stairs. i tried to cancel months before the trip, but they didnt cancel. one of us had to stay on the 4th floor, and we had no help moving. the curtain in our room was pinned to the wall with massive gaps.

I found the staff really polite and helpful. the hotel maintains a high cleanliness standard. the room had a fridge. It was very useful. i appreciated the kettle for making tea.
the sink design allowed water to spill onto the floor.

the hotel is roughly two blocks from the anne frank house. it is one block from the tram. the location sits between two canals. finding my way back was easy.

The hotel is centrally located. I found a fridge and kettle in the room. The staff at reception were very pleasant.
The TV looked like it was gonna fall off the wall, one of the screws was completely out of the wall and it was slanted because of this. The mattress is as hard as stone and I usually like a firm mattress but this was like sleeping on bricks. The lamp on my side of the bed also had no where to plug in and the lamp on the other side had to be moved to reach a plug
