The location was close to the center, offering easy access to the city. I stored my travel backpack in a large drawer under the bed, providing extra space. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was included, saving time and allowing for a relaxed morning.

I found the location AMAZING. It's close to the central station and the NEMO museum. The hotel offers free tea, coffee, and cookies all day. This was such a treat. I really enjoyed the breakfast with bread, fruit, meat, and cheeses. The staff members were friendly and helpful!

The crew was very friendly and made me feel welcomed .
The bathroom situation was REALLY bad. I could not shower because there was a blockage, and in the morning, I was standing in ankle-deep water. I slept poorly because of the noises from a blocked toilet and shower.

the hotel is close to the train station AND the city center, convenient. the staff was easy to approach and check-in was quick.
The breakfast was not great. The selection was limited. the walls seem thin because i could hear noises from other rooms.
