fantastic stay!
convenient locationeasy accessfriendly staffcomfortable stay
i found the hotel location very convenient. bus 397 from the airport provides easy access. a grocery store and several restaurants are nearby. it's easy to reach the canals. the staff was very friendly and helpful. i had a comfortable stay thanks to the staff assistance.
The tv in my room did not work. I reported it on my first day and it was not fixed .

Check-in was quick. a receptionist provided great restaurant recommendations. breakfast service had very pleasant staff. They were always helpful! the room was quiet and very clean. it was amazing. i loved the staff.

Breakfast was very good. Staff were pleasant and helpful! coffee is included. guests can make lattes, cappuccinos, espresso, tea, or hot chocolate. i really enjoyed the cappucino. The taste was fantastic!

the staff was friendly. the location was good because it's walking distance to transport and food. the room was clean.
the rooms were old and the carpets had stains. the soundproofing in the hotel wasnt good. i think they need to improve it.
