the staff was helpful. the hotel restaurant was also decent.
i found a couple of issues. the air conditioning barely worked. the room was still hot even with the ac running at full blast. it made sleeping difficult. also, the noise from the street was excessive despite the closed windows.

the room was clean. the king-size bed was nice. the staff was friendly and helpful. breakfast was amazing it featured salmon avocado and pastries i would gladly return. the location is convenient for transport there are many buses and other public transport options nearby
i noticed a slight chemical odor in one of the bathrooms it lingered throughout the entire night in the room this was a minor inconvenience

the staff were attentive , and they arranged a taxi from the airport for me. bike hire was available at the hotel , which i found very convenient. the hotel offered a welcome drink upon arrival , a gesture i appreciated.
the hotel's description did not mention the absence of parking on the premises. i ordered grilled salmon at the restaurant , but it was undercooked. the street can be noisy , as the hotel is located on a large avenue.

The staff were really nice. They refilled my water bottles. They did lend me an umbrella when I asked. The restaurant served food until very late.
The cleaners were rude. The breakfast was not excellent at all. It had not much options. The coffee tasted bad.

The air conditioning was substandard. It struggled to cool the room adequately. This made sleeping difficult. The room's temperature remained uncomfortably warm despite adjustments to the thermostat. I found the lack of on-site parking inconvenient. I had to search for street parking. Securing a spot was often challenging.
