Convenient Location and Excellent Service

The hotel is in a very convenient location near many attractions. The building includes a commercial center, so shopping is easy. The famous Oceanografic aquarium is directly across the street! I found the staff to be excellent. They were attentive. The warm hospitality.

The breakfast was the same each day I stayed there. There were no vegetables, only ham, cheese, eggs, bacon, yogurt, and pastries.

The reception staff spoke excellent English and were helpful with directions. Check-in was easy and efficient. The staff showed kindness and great customer service at all times , they were very professional.

I appreciated the prime location near the Oceanografic and science museum. Restaurants surround the area. I also found public transport very accessible. Shops are nearby. The staff was nice and always in good spirits.

The room size was good. cleaning service happened every day. I found that comforting. the air conditioning worked just fine. a hairdryer existed in the bathroom. It was useful.

The breakfast menu remained the same each morning. No vegetables were available.

I loved the location near the science park and the restaurants perfect for kids just below the hotel. The staff were SO kind and very cute making our visit special. The hotel provided daily room service, a convenient amenity after a long day.

I found the location great, especially for visiting the Oceanografic. The staff were efficient and helpful ! The location was perfect and the mall being right there, provided easy access to necessities.

The room had no fridge. It would have been useful for keeping drinks cold.
