the staff at the front desk gave good recommendations for a nearby restaurant.
The shower was damaged and the toilet flush did not work well. the tv was very outdated. It was not a smart tv. the breakfast list issue made the service seem unprofessional.

the staff were very helpful and polite! especially vivien. the location is close to the business area, not far from the city center. the room was nice and quiet and the bed was great. i found the service to be really good!
the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room was a small inconvenience! breakfast at a separate hotel was a bit expensive.

good staffbasic roomlittle pot
the staff was good. the service was acceptable. i guess it was fine.
The room was very basic. the bathroom seemed like a little pot. It wasn't very good. electricity kept going on and off, so i couldnt even dry my hair properly. one morning, we were leaving early, and they wouldn't let us grab even a coffee even though we had paid for it.
