The hotel decor was superb, really standing out. i found the location to be directly on the beachfront, a major plus. the staff members were super friendly. Nothing seemed like too much trouble for them.
The tea selection in the room was limited. I missed having coffee available.

The hotel offered a great location right on the beach. I found the room to be very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast included a generous food selection each morning.
The noise from the nearby nightlife was a problem. It continued until 3am. Sleeping was difficult even with ear plugs. The airport transfer I booked never arrived. I had to arrange my own transportation.

The room service surprised us with sparkling wine, because they saw my partner's birthday cards. The location was great. It was easy to access the beach. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.
