fantastic experience!
clean apartmentamazing viewhappy staff
I booked a premium apartment with air conditioning and a ceiling fan. I borrowed an extra fan from reception because it was over 35 degrees all week. the apartment was big and very clean. it had everything needed for self-catering. the huge balcony had amazing views day and night, which i loved. we had great service at the pool bar, the staff was happy and hardworking.
The hotel is located up a steep hill. This could be challenging for some guests.

poor drainagelimited space
I was really frustrated with a few things. the shower drainage was terrible! it seemed like a widespread problem based on what others said. also, the wardrobe space was limited since an oversized safe took up half of it. I needed more room for my clothes.

I really loved the staff! They were very attentive. The views from the hotel were fine. The rooms were of a decent size, a HUGE plus.
The rooms were a bit dated. They could use some essential maintenance for sure. I also was like the all-inclusive wasn't great with cocktails from a bottle and watered-down spirits. Those beds, they had two small single beds pushed together. They slid about, so i didn't sleep well ALL week.

I found the nightly activities particularly engaging. The quiz nights were a highlight. Maddy, the host. The premium apartment was comfortable and relaxing. The view from the balcony was indeed amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed spending time there.
Our initial apartment room was not up to standard. There were hairs on the shower wall. The shower head was coated in mould, the bathroom flooded when used, and the walls were dirty. The website photos did not match the reality. I felt the photos tricked us.

the staff was helpful. a new gym was also available.
The room i had was very worn. the ceiling was cracked and marked. the furniture was water damaged. I found this disappointing.
