the beds were comfy and the rooms were clean.
Self check in was clunky. I booked multiple rooms for our group. the shower sprays water everywhere, and the floor in the bathroom is all even, therefore it floods.

the self check in process uses your cell phone for door access, which eliminates the need to carry a physical key. access to both the hotel main gate and room doors uses this system, though physical access cards are available too. i thought it was easy to manage and quick!
The absence of on-site staff gives the hotel a slightly impersonal feel. It's quiet, though.

The location is central, great for exploring the city. the hotel is a short walk to the main city attractions. It's close to many key sites. i found it easy to get around.

the hotel uses high-tech systems throughout, which i found excellent. everything from check-in to room features worked smoothly. the hotel is very clean! even though i didn't see the staff.

I found the self check-in and check-out very convenient. the rooms are well designed with good equipment. it was a short walk to the main city. That was a plus. i also stored some of my luggage in a free locker before check-in time, and the whole experience was smooth.
The shower sprayed water everywhere. The bathroom floor was all even so it caused a slight flood.
