i could easily walk to many restaurants and bars in heumarkt. shops and transport links were also very close (just outside the hotel, actually). the christmas market was near the hotel and was a convenient walk.
The standard double room was quite small. Walking space was limited.

the hotel location is central. it is close to the shops. it is also within walking distance of the main station. the view of the square from my room was nice.
my room lacked air conditioning. there was only a fan available. the curtains did not fully cover the window. the pillows were of poor quality.

I found the location ideal for exploring. The hotel is near the train station, made traveling simple. The room included a fan, useful because there was no air conditioning. The breakfast provided was a great addition.

the hotel location is central it is a short walk to sights and shops also the main station is near i got a crib for my son free the bed was comfy the walk-in shower was great
during cleaning i found towels were replaced with used and dirty towels there was a regular noise every night the noise came from moving chairs and tables inside the building it lasted a long time

the restaurant had a slightly old-fashioned look it was different from the rest of the hotel i only ate dinner there one night and it was pretty good there are several restaurants and pubs nearby too
