a adequate visit
great location friendly staff unsecured room internal lock
the location was really close to everything i needed. check in was good, and staff are friendly and accomodating.
the room i stayed in, a small double room, did not lock from inside. i didn't sleep well because i felt uneasy not being able to lock the door.

parking permit friendly staff ensuite bathroom functional setup
the location was very convenient. i found the parking permit arranged before my arrival to be helpful. the staff were friendly and accommodating, especially during check-in. the ensuite bathroom was a definite plus for me, with a good, functional setup.
i noticed some paint was peeling on the staircase, which could use a bit of attention.

unclean room tea supply
the location was acceptable.
the room was not clean. i found a packet of ham behind the radiator. also, tea and coffee supplies weren't replenished regularly, even when i asked.

excellent location friendly staff cosy room small room broken balcony damp smell
The location was close to the beach. All the amenities are nearby too. The staff were very nice. They were really friendly and helpful. The room was cosy and clean. The street outside was quiet. It was only a short walk from the town centre and the seafront.
Our room was very small. It was hard to move around with three people. The shower and toilet were also tiny. It was a tight squeeze. The window overlooked an old, broken balcony. The room smelled damp. There was black mould in the shower.
