i found the staff helpful and courteous. my room was large and comfortable. i appreciated the hotel's location. it was an easy walk to the south station.
The decor in my room showed wear and tear. For example, a previous headboard left a paint color change on the wall.

The single room included coffee and tea provisions, a feature i appreciated for morning refreshments. The daily cleaning provided fresh towels and tidied the space. The room had a tv, but i did not use it.

The staff seemed alright. They did their job.
This place was seriously lacking. the room floor had a strange sticky feel, not pleasant. the tv offered nothing but a pixelated screen after i tried reprogramming it. Channels were nonexistent!!!

this was the dirtiest place i have ever stayed at. everything was filthy apart from the bed sheets and towels. i have never seen a shower so black with mould.

The staff provided helpful service. breakfast was substantial. I especially admired the excellent mushrooms. the location proved ideal, with easy access to south station. good parking existed .
