charmed by this little place!

the room provided was quite spacious (especially the bathroom!). i found the provided fan very useful due to the warm weather. the location is convenient, because it is close to public transportation and it made going into the city easy. the bed was comfortable and i rested well.
i noticed the television wasn't working properly.

Wonderful Stay Close to London!

I found the staff very helpful. The receptionist assisted with our luggage upon arrival! He even encouraged my daughter on the stairs. It was very kind.
I noticed the pillows did not feel fresh. They felt old. I ended up using a t-shirt as a pillow cover. I think this would improve the overall hygiene.

The location is near Bickley station! The train into London is quite convenient. I appreciated that the area was very quiet, it was good.

Breakfast was available. It was better than I expected. I also found it convenient that there were connections to get to different meals each time, which helped with planning my itinerary.

The hotel had a fridge and a microwave in the room. This was useful. There was also on-site parking, a real benefit. The smart TV in the room was a great size!

I appreciated the receptionist. He helped with our luggage to our room. He understood my daughter's difficulty with stairs and offered encouragement. He suggested a ground floor room for future bookings.. a thoughtful gesture. Our room included a fridge and microwave, which proved very useful.
The room was quite hot. the hotel staff provided a fan to alleviate the heat.
