Sam responded promptly and provided check-in details when our email confirmation was delayed. I really appreciated that quick support. the bus stop was very close, just three minutes from the main road. the room was also recently renovated with nice bedding.

i noticed a slight lack of soundproofing, so i could hear some noise from people moving around the building.

This location proved very convenient for our needs. It stands just three minutes from both the main road and a bus stop, it eased our travel worries. The full kitchen was a real plus. I could shop and cook meals, which supported my budget.

I found that the self check-in process felt unusual. It made me uneasy because I had to get the codes via call, and I questioned how often those codes changed.

The room was clean upon my arrival. The instructions were very informative which helped a lot. The location was convenient, allowing me to walk to Westminster Bridge in under an hour.

There were no bulbs in the side lamps in the room. The building has no soundproofing so you hear people walking in and out all night. The code to access my room was the same as the communal doors.

The room was very clean. I liked the full kitchen. It made shopping and cooking easy. It is just around the corner from the main road bus stop too. The staff was always available on the phone and downstairs in the bar.

The decor needed some retouching. Made it look a little scruffy, but it was expected considering the price I paid.

The bar offered two-for-one cocktails from noon to 7 p.m. on weekdays and noon to 5 p.m. on weekends. Those drinks tasted quite good. This promotion helped save some money. I liked it very much.
