The location is great as it is near Norbury Station. I found many Asian restaurants nearby, which gave me plenty of dining options. A direct train to central is a GREAT benefit. The room was very clean. I appreciated the attentive staff.

Norbury station is only a five minute walk from the hotel. Trains to central depart frequently. They run about every 30 minutes. The walk is relatively safe. It is straightforward from the station.

I appreciated the short walk to norbury station. Trains to central areas ran frequently. shops and fast food options are located conveniently near the station and accommodation. the private room included a hot shower, toilet, fridge, tv, wifi, and a kettle. breakfast offered a variety of options including coffee, tea, cheese, bacon, eggs, milk, fruit, and bread.
I found the bedding to be somewhat lacking. Better pillows would improve the comfort. the lack of consistent staff presence created a slightly insecure atmosphere. this could be addressed with more regular staff interactions.

The location was convenient near the train station. the self-service breakfast included bacon, eggs, bread, milk, and juice. There was plenty. the staff was attentive and helpful.
The mattress was uncomfortable. I could feel the springs. the shower was very poor with a stained shower tray. the bed was positioned against the wall, so one person had to slide out at the bottom.

the soundproofing wasn't perfect and i could hear some noise from other guests
