The room was very comfortable with everything one needed including tea and coffee with biscuits. the evening meal was good and breakfast too. We were able to take it early. the staff were very pleasant and helpful!
the hallways looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months and the room itself was quite poorly cleaned.

the staff provided a lovely welcome. breakfast was cooked to order. i found the room quite large and clean with a spacious bathroom.
the bed runner had holes. the sofa also needed repairing as it had no support. i noticed cobwebs on the ceiling.
