The rooms were lovely and clean, i loved the comfortable beds after long days. breakfast offered a fantastic selection. The staff were nice and always ready to help! i especially liked that they were super accommodating with my dog. They provided bowls, beds, and even towels.
the room was a little small given the price, and an extra £20 per night for my dog felt somewhat steep. it did have everything i needed though.

The hotel's location is spot on, right in the middle of town. It is next to many pubs, restaurants, and takeaways. a bus stop is nearby, and the lake is within walking distance, too.

The bedroom was well decorated and clean. I was very pleased with the amenities. the bathroom was off the little hallway rather than through a door in the bedroom. the room had a nice view over the square.

check-in was very simple, and the gentleman at reception was very pleasant and helpful. the hotel provides a good breakfast, and there is a visitors lounge on the top floor. parking can be paid for, so you don't worry during your stay.

The hotel offers a great breakfast, and the evening meal was fabulous. tea and coffee are served to the table along with hot food you can order. toast is available. You can choose white or brown bread.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. the waitress in the restaurant was very friendly, and the food was delicious. most super nice team, and they always smiled.

The noise levels were high. Deliveries occurred at 3 a.m., and the market set up at 4 a.m.

the room was well appointed and very comfortable. the location of the hotel was very central to the town. the food was excellent, and the service was of a very high quality. the staff were always kind and could not have been more helpful.
i asked for smashed avocado on sourdough with poached eggs with no chilli jam. the avocado was way too much and the eggs were soft boiled, not poached. decaff coffee was served in a coffee pot which wouldn't pour, as coffee bags get stuck in the spout. in relation to housekeeping, the cups hadn't been washed properly, and there was a coffee ring mark in one of them.
