disruptive noise unreliable wifi

My room faced the back, and i could hear staff chatting and smoking outside at all hours. It was a bit disruptive to my sleep. i had to keep the windows closed due to the noise and smoke. the wifi was also a bit unreliable.

Really lovely stay

helpful staff excellent choices great atmosphere clean room

i found the staff cute. the food choices were excellent. i did enjoy the atmosphere and felt welcome. i would go back sometime. i found the rooms well-appointed and cleaning was very good. the breakfast staff helped a lot.

the bed, it was a small bit uncomfy. it wasn't the best bed i've ever slept in, but still did the job.

the breakfast included a wide choice, very nice, with a full english available. the hotel has a restaurant, it is pretty good, and also a bar where many nice drinks are served, it's nice.

the location is great as it's right in the center. i see shops nearby. the bus station is right opposite the hotel, this is great. the train station is only a short walk away, makes things so easier.

The room was quite small. the soundproofing was insufficient. It made relaxing in the room difficult. the check-in process was slow. i waited nearly 20 minutes despite there being only one person ahead of me.

Staff was helpful. I booked breakfast and evening meals. The room was very clean and i liked the live music. The restaurant provided excellent service and food. I enjoyed the flatiron steak.

The exit green LIGHT kept me awake during the night.
