the staff were genuinely helpful. I appreciated the free coffee available in the reception area, it was a real treat. My room had both a radiator and air conditioning, ensuring comfort. I used the luggage storage after checking out, it allowed me to explore more.
the room I had was super small, it made moving around with luggage a little challenging.

the location is GOOD, right by a tram stop. Plenty of restaurants and bars surround the hotel. a large supermarket is also conveniently close. I really appreciated this central positioning.

the location proved convenient. i could easily access nearby attractions.
the room lacked basic storage. there was no place to put my luggage or hang clothes. i had to keep my suitcase on the floor, quite inconvenient

The hotel's location proved ideal for exploring. It was easy to reach many attractions using various transportation options. I found free coffee available at reception at all hours. rooms were clean.
The stairs were very steep. It was a bit challenging to manage them, especially with luggage.

the staff was quite helpful and friendly. i could leave my bags after checking out , which was convenient. the central location made it easy to walk to many attractions.
the room was quite small , and the bathroom felt cramped. the windows did not block out street noise adequately. there was no lift , which was inconvenient with luggage.

the hotel is conveniently placed near public transport. specifically , it is right opposite the metro. the staff members were friendly , and they were cute. our twin room was bright and clean , and it included a huge shower.
the room was small , and the bathroom also lacked space. the bed occupied almost the entire room.
