The hotel's central location proved invaluable. I found many restaurants close by. The hotel gives direct access to the Upper Town from its back entrance. Staff were very polite and professional.
I noticed breakfast selection was minimal and the same each morning. It is an area the hotel could improve.

the staff assisted with our check-in and managed our luggage efficiently. a receptionist was very helpful to our group. the location is excellent.

the hotel offers convenient parking. this is especially useful given its location in the pedestrian zone. a short walk separates the parking area from the hotel, and it made arrival and departure very smooth.

i liked hotel location. it was very central and nearby attractions were easily accessible. staff checked me in fast. i found juice for breakfast.
the room had a very small bathroom. space was tight and difficult to move.

the hotel's location is definitely a plus. the back entrance gives you access to sites. i found the breakfast good.
the staff were not very helpful. the hotel has plenty of stairs and i saw no help offered with luggage. i thought the tv reception was bad, it was hard to watch anything without it constantly cutting out.
