the staff were very polite and helpful, what i expected.

the room smelled strongly of smoke even THOUGH it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. the bathroom had some damage. i also found it annoying THAT the breakfast buffet ran out of basic items like spoons and no one seemed to care about refilling them.

the staff at reception were so helpful and friendly! they told me everything i needed to know, and. the hotel is near the main bus station, a big plus for my travels. my room was surprisingly big and very clean! the bed was also quite comfortable, so i slept very well.

i noticed the breakfast buffet could use a little more variety, but overall, everything was acceptable.

The hotel has a restaurant, a private garden, and underground private parking (at 15 euros per day). Breakfast featured good variety from 7 to 10 a.m. The location is convenient (I could walk to the city center in about 20 minutes).

the room lacked a refrigerator. there were no tea or coffee-making facilities.
