convenient location helpful staff room refrigerator stained carpet dirty wall mold bathroom
The location was really good. I was close to a metro station. It was easy to visit places. The staff was very nice and helpful at all times. The room had a refrigerator. The breakfast was simple but had salami. It was better than just jam.
The carpet in hallways and stairs was stained. The room looked old with dirty walls. The bathroom had mold. I did not see an elevator. I had to use the stairs.

excellent location friendly staff quiet street
The hotel's location was excellent, steps from a metro station. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They gave good directions and recommendations. My room had a window overlooking a quiet street.
The stairs felt a bit worn. It would be good to refresh them

The lobby offered complimentary tea and coffee throughout the day, a nice touch. Umbrellas were available , a thoughtful service. There was also a luggage storage option after checkout that I used.

central location, simple comfort
convenient location free coffee
i found the location very convenient, just a short walk to the metro and many restaurants. the air conditioning was a lifesaver during my summer visit. i also liked that they offered free coffee and tea, a nice touch to start the day (i always appreciate that).
the stairs were quite a climb since there is no elevator. i was on a higher floor, and it was a bit tiring after a long day.
