The location was really good. I was close to a metro station. It was easy to visit places. The staff was very nice and helpful at all times. The room had a refrigerator. The breakfast was simple but had salami. It was better than just jam.
The carpet in hallways and stairs was stained. The room looked old with dirty walls. The bathroom had mold. I had to use the stairs.

The hotel's location was excellent, steps from a metro station. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They gave good directions and recommendations. My room had a window overlooking a quiet street.
The stairs felt a bit worn. It would be good to refresh them

The lobby offered complimentary tea and coffee throughout the day, a nice touch. Umbrellas were available , a thoughtful service. There was also a luggage storage option after checkout that I used.

The location was central. Metro access was very close to the hotel. the staff were approachable, helpful and quick. the hotel offered complimentary luggage storage after checkout. This helped me a lot.
i saw piles of dirty laundry bags on the corridors by the stairs. this was not a nice sight in the mornings.

The staff was attentive. They provided assistance when needed and addressed requests quickly! they seemed very informed about the area and transportation options.

The hotel had complimentary coffee available . The machine offered fresh coffee. luggage storage was available without any extra charge. This facility proved useful after checkout.

My room included a safe for valuables. This gave me peace of mind. daily cleaning was provided. The room was always tidy! the room size was adequate for a single traveler.

While i did not have breakfast, i observed the area. breakfast service had a selection of fresh pastries. Fruits, and cereals. I did not try it, but it was well-stocked.

The hotel is very close to a metro station. This made commuting easy. many shops and restaurants surround the hotel. the location secure hotel. I felt secure walking at night.

i found the location very convenient, just a short walk to the metro and many restaurants. the air conditioning was a lifesaver during my summer visit. i also liked that they offered free coffee and tea, a nice touch to start the day (i always appreciate that).
i was on a higher floor, and it was a bit tiring after a long day.
