excellent location super staff easy exploration
the location was excellent , close to trains. i found the staff SUPER nice. it was easy to get around and explore the city.
i noticed the internet was quite slow , sometimes making it difficult to connect. it affected my ability to work remotely.

surprisingly WONDERFUL stay!
close tram easy access clean place
I found the tram stop close. It meant getting into the main areas IS easy. I could be there in less than 10 minutes. The room AC worked great and the whole place felt so clean, which I LOVED.
The street noise bothered me. Trams started early, and the sound INSULAtion seemed poor. It was hard to sleep past 6 a.m.

the hotel is in a central area near transport options. a nearby garage offered secure parking. i found the beds to be comfortable and had a good rest. the breakfast was good, it had variety to choose from.
the walls seemed thin, i could hear some noise from other rooms.

The room was very spacious and clean. Public transport was easily accessible, with a station right outside the hotel. I found several restaurants and grocery stores in the vicinity. I appreciated the tasty breakfast buffet. These features all contributed to a good experience.

flat pillow thin cover
The pillow was uncomfortably flat. The mattress was overly soft and not supportive. The thin cover was inadequate. I had to request an extra one because I felt cold at night. These issues impacted my sleep quality throughout the stay.

poor sound isolation uncomfortable pillow
the location was suitable with good access to trams.
sound isolation was poor. i could hear every move and sound in other rooms. i couldn't sleep well for two nights because of the neighbors. pillows are not comfortable at all and very thin (it damaged my neck).
