I found the tram stop close. It meant getting into the main areas IS easy. I could be there in less than 10 minutes. The room AC worked great and the whole place felt so clean, which I LOVED.
The street noise bothered me. Trams started early, and the sound INSULAtion seemed poor. It was hard to sleep past 6 a.m.

the location was suitable with good access to trams.
sound isolation was poor. i could hear every move and sound in other rooms. i couldn't sleep well for two nights because of the neighbors. pillows are not comfortable at all and very thin (it damaged my neck).
