The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The location was great with easy access to transportation options. I could get around so quickly. The pizza restaurant inside served excellent food too. It was really tasty after a long day.
The room needed a mini fridge for storing drinks and snacks. I really missed having one available.

The hotel features a wonderful cafe serving delicious meals throughout the day. I noticed a convenient luggage storage service which is super helpful before check-in or after check-out. Public transport links are also very close to the hotel.

i appreciated the spacious room. the pizza restaurant had excellent food! the location was perfect. it was walking distance to the prater and metro station. i found the hotel staff cute and helpful. there were no issues at all. the price seemed fair for the experience.

The location provided excellent access to public transportation. Tram stops and the u-bahn were nearby, a massive help when my legs needed rest. the hotel also had a restaurant. Pizza was available for purchase.

I found my double room quite large, including a bed consisting of two singles pushed together. I thought the beds were firm. the room was simple. It had everything i needed for a short stay. the hotel provided fresh towels daily.

The hotel has a restaurant offering tasty pizzas. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service! the on-site pizza restaurant was a great bonus. i thoroughly enjoyed the food there .

the location was really good. it was just down the road from augarten park. the in-house pizzeria was amazing!!! i also enjoyed the breakfast.
the walls seemed really thin. i could hear everything in the adjacent room, even light conversation. there was also no air conditioning in the room, and it was difficult to manage the heat.
