My darling and i found a true escape here. The complimentary zoo access made our hearts soar. we watched peacocks strut during breakfast at the hide cafe, a vision that hit like a dream. our daughter was captivated and that warmed my heart. It was the most touching experience.
The housekeeping standards were a bit low. We found no towels in our room when we arrived, a small detail that slightly dimmed the otherwise perfect glow of our stay.

breakfast at the hide cafe was a good experience because peacocks roamed freely around. we enjoyed the outdoor seating with our child because she watched the animals playing nearby. the atmosphere was heartwarming.

My beautiful chalet was just amazing!!! it overlooked the giraffe arena, which i think is worthwhile. the rooms were very convenient. I felt so pampered.

The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, and housekeeping was slow to respond. wifi signal was weak. the water pressure in the shower was not strong. A weak stream made it difficult to rinse thoroughly. breakfast options were also limited, especially considering the resort is far from the city center

really good zoo stay

i found the staff very helpful and polite throughout my stay i was delighted to access the zoo for two days with only one night booked my room was huge clean and tidy i will definitely be back. the giraffe chalet rooms look onto the giraffe enclosure i thought this was magical. i also liked the free zoo access.
the restaurant food quality could see some improvements perhaps offering more variety or fresher options.

i stayed for several nights and found the staff friendly. the room upgrade to a chalet was a lovely surprise! i particularly enjoyed the african dance celebrations.
The breakfast buffet seemed overpriced and lacked variety. Using a delivery service was a better option for meals.
