The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. breakfast was superb with a wide selection of items available. the location is strategic. I was close to al wahda mall. i found an ironing set in the cupboard. This was very useful.

the queen bed room i booked was not available. i was given a twin bed room instead.

waqas at reception was helpful and accommodating. manoj from room service was very kind and offered prompt assistance, i appreciated his on-spot service. the hotel staff are generally friendly and knowledgeable, i noticed.

The staff demonstrated amazing kindness. they offered prompt assistance with my luggage and provided useful local information. the hotel features a well-equipped gym, open 24/7, awesome for convenient workout schedules. i found the rooftop pool especially pleasant. It offered a relaxing environment with comfortable loungers.

the initial room temperature was not adequately regulated. it required some time to adjust to a comfortable level. the thermostat control presented a minor challenge.
