I appreciated the clean room I had. The bed was comfy, and the restaurant food was good. I especially enjoyed the chicken biriyani, so flavorful. The gym had great facilities, and the staff provided excellent service.
The bathroom stopper was positioned right in front of the commode, so I almost fell.

The team at the reception were so cute! rozma, tina, celine, and shin were always smiling and ready to help! nurzada from the front desk was professional. Her friendly attitude was excellent. i found the rooms super clean and they had a cozy feel! rozma really made my boyfriend's birthday special. Her service was warm and she handled every request quickly.

The staff were helpful, particularly Tina. She made the check-out process smooth and efficient. The room was clean, and I appreciated the variety of facilities available. I found the outdoor garden seating to be a quiet space.
My room seemed small for the price I paid. It had very minimal amenities. There were no coffee or tea facilities in the room, only a bed, a TV, and two water bottles. I found this unusual.
