The hotel features a lovely garden that offers a restful place. The customer service was helpful, as was demonstrated by the quick responses to our requests. I found the food to be very good. The room was quite quirky and unique.
The breakfast was ok. I thought it could have been better cooked and of a higher standard.

The room provided a safe. A comfortable bed and a clean environment were nice, though I did experience issues with the hot water system, specifically low pressure during peak hours. The room had sufficient lighting.

The staff were polite. They consistently checked to ensure all was well. Advice was also provided when we asked about nearby facilities, really helpful. They were serving drinks at the bar dinner and breakfast.

i found the walls to be very thin . I could easily hear conversations from other rooms. this made it difficult to relax and sleep properly.

i really liked the grounds, they are immaculate! the staff are very friendly, cheerful, and helpful, always ready with answers. the restaurant food was awesome, i sent compliments to the chef!
the soft drinks tasted flat and were obviously poured from bottles. it was hard to get simple drinks. sometimes there was no one tending the bar.

the hotel features well maintained grounds perfect for events or a relaxing walk. it makes such a beautiful, historical spot. its great for photos!

the staff members worked very hard and were always available. they helped me with requests i had and quickly gave directions. the team worked together great.

the hotel is two miles from city center. a cycle path follows the river making for a walk. you can easily get to shops and historic sites.
