the hotel location is convenient. it is very close to the train station, just a ten minute walk. the staff members were friendly. breakfast included a delicious selection of foods.
the hotel is old. i had difficulty finding an electrical outlet that worked properly for my phone charger.

Fantastic Location, Superb Stay!

I had an amazing time in a hotel centrally locate. The location is near restaurants and shops, made exploring super easy! The room was well prepare, with space for luggage. It was great i discover many hooks for coats, what a plus! Breakfast have so many options, fresh pastries, and a nice selection of cheese.
I found the room can use some updates and a bit more love in the bathroom cleaning.

The staff members were professional and accommodating, always available to quickly address any questions and provide assistance. Check-in happened quickly, and they offered helpful information about transportation, this make getting around the area easy. The team was nice!

I found the location really great, close to all the main sights. The included travel pass was a super handy perk. Everything was super clean, a big plus for me. The staff was very kind, especially one petite lady with short hair. I wish I knew her name!
The rooms were quite warm, so I had to rely on the fan provided.

Our corner room was quite spacious, with a wrap-around balcony. I enjoyed the city view a lot. The beds felt very comfortable. The double bed was actually two twins pushed together, almost like a king size bed.

Breakfast included good Swiss cheese and amazing bread, a super combination to start the day. The coffee machine near reception provided complimentary coffee and tea. I consider it a very kind gesture.

the breakfast was decent, it had a good variety of options.
The room felt quite dated and was smaller than expected. There was also a strange smell in the bathroom, it was persistent throughout my entire stay. There wasn't a nightstand next to the bed, a major inconvenience.
