the staff were professional and courteous, a BIG plus. i found the rooms spacious compared to other japanese hotels.
the hotel shuttle service to the airport was LIMITED to certain hours. i wish it operated 24 hours. i also found the breakfast options to be somewhat LIMITED.

The staff was very helpful. I needed assistance with directions, and they provided clear instructions. The location is convenient. It is close to the train station. The free shuttle to the airport was definitely a PLUS.
The room was quite small. It was difficult to manage luggage. The air conditioning was not very effective, and the room remained too warm. The breakfast had limited options, JUST one option was available.
