i found the staff very friendly and ready to help. the japanese traditional room had a modern, clean bathroom, which i appreciated greatly. its location was so convenient, close to everything, especially the train station, made exploring easy. i would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers.
the room was a bit small, challenging to open large suitcases without rearranging things.

a very good onsen is located on the second floor, which provides a relaxing experience after a long day. there is also a laundry machine available, thus allowing guests to wash their clothes easily.

The location was convenient. It was very near Kamata Station. I found many shops and restaurants in the bustling area. The front desk staff was accommodating. They stored my suitcase for several nights before check-in. They were always responsive and helpful when I needed anything.
The room was a bit small for two people with big suitcases. Next time I will book a bigger room.
