The location is convenient with easy access to train stations and several restaurants nearby.

The hotel's proximity to Hamamatsucho Station was a major plus for me. It was easy to access both the JR lines and the subway. I also appreciated the designated smoking area provided. Tokyo Tower was within walking distance, a nice bonus.
I noticed a slight stain on the curtains, but it did not affect my overall stay.

The hotel is located very close to the station with access to Oedo, JR, and Keihin-Tohoku lines allowing for easy transit to various parts of the city. I found the area very convenient for accessing key attractions and transportation hubs .

The check-in process was quick and efficient. The staff assisted with storing my luggage before my late flight. They were very helpful when I needed assistance navigating the area.

There are many restaurants in the neighborhood of the hotel. I saw a Coco Ichibanya, a Yakiniku Like restaurant, and a McDonald's. A large Family Mart is also nearby.

the location is amazing (it's a gem!), super close to many restaurants and cafes. the room was clean and spacious enough for my needs. they provided great amenities and free coffee. staff stored my luggage after i checked out, so i could explore more without hauling it around.
the room was quite basic.
