loved my stay!!!
helpful staff well-located room nearby metro
the staff was helpful! i arrived early and they quickly prepared my double room. the room was neat and very well-located near the train station. the nearby metro made getting around easy, it was AMAZING!!!
the room fan was a little noisy. it did its job, but was a bit distracting at night.

great location european breakfast dirty bathroom noisy staff
the location was great it was a short walk to gare de l'est there was also a metro and bus stop very close the breakfast area was nice it was informal with only european breakfast options but it was good
the bathroom was very dirty it seemed like it was not cleaned at all there was hair shaved in the sink the toilet was also dirty the cleaning staff was too noisy and took too much time to clean

the staff was very friendly AND helpful. i liked that the room was very comfy and tidy. i also appreciated its proximity to the bus station and Gare de l'est.

i found the location very convenient with easy access to the tube and train. the room was cozy it was tidy and well decorated. hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
the elevator felt a bit small for more than one person

charming stay near the station
dog friendly large room quiet floor comfortable bed
i found the staff very kind when i arrived with my dog. the room decoration was nice and it was surprisingly large too. it was quiet on the 5th floor even though it overlooked a busy street. i slept well in the comfortable bed, and i used the bath tub.
The pillows were too hard and uncomfortable for me. This was a slight downside.

the reception operates 24 hours. the staff was kind and helpful, particularly when i needed assistance with my dog. they lent me a uk power adapter because i forgot mine.
