helpful staffclean room
i found the front desk staff very helpful. they were always available to assist with directions. my room was consistently clean. i would consider staying there again because of this.
Only two people could fit comfortably. navigating with luggage presented a bit of a challenge.

The staff was friendly and check-in was very smooth. The room was clean and recently renovated. I found the hotel's location to gare du nord convenient.
Our pre booked family room wasn't available upon arrival. I found that a deposit of 150 euros wasn't refunded for a few weeks.

The room was tiny, smaller than advertised. maneuvering around the bed seemed like an olympic sport. worse, the air conditioning seemed to have a mind of its own. It cycled on and off all night. i ended up more exhausted than refreshed.

The room was clean. I appreciated the well-presented condition upon arrival. The location made it easy to walk to Gare Du Nord. Breakfast offered a good variety of options.
