Excellent Stay with Fantastic Staff!

I found the location superb. It was only a 16-minute walk from the Gare du Nord. I appreciated the hotel's central location for reaching the main tourist attractions. There were many restaurants and cafes nearby. I am grateful for the friendly and polite reception staff, who provided helpful information.
The breakfast food replenishment was slow. Sometimes, I needed to ask for missing items.

The hotel offers luggage storage, even after checkout, useful. The independent nature of the hotel added a unique charm. I appreciated the proximity to Gard de l'Est train station. The multilingual receptionist, Toufik, was very helpful.

My room had a functional fridge. This was a big plus during the summer months, as was the AC. The room was nicely decorated and cosy. The shower worked well and had easy-to-use controls. Shower cream and hand soap smelled lovely!!!

Breakfast was available until 10:30 daily. It was of good quality, though fairly basic. The breakfast selection had enough of a choice for me. I appreciated that goods were always topped up when new guests arrived in the dining room.

The hotel is not far from both metro and train stations. The location is perfect and near many train stations. The area is a beautiful neighborhood. The location is excellent, with a restricted-traffic street, very safe and quiet.

The location is good, very close to public transport. Bakeries are really near too. The staff are very nice, and they speaks English very well.
The breakfast policies confuse me. You must ask for plates or cutlery. Food refills were sometimes slow, I had to ask for more omelets

The location is very convenient with many subway connections for quick sightseeing. There are also charming cafés nearby. The staff were friendly and they stored luggage long term. The hotel is a short walk from multiple supermarkets and metro stations.
The room was small and lacked a proper closet. The toilet paper holder was loose in the bathroom. Walls were thin so noise from neighbors was easily heard.
