The room was big and the bathroom, clean. I found a coffee machine in the room. The receptionist was helpful and kind.
The hotel plumbing was loud. It would wake me multiple times during the night. I did not like that! I also had to leave the room key at the desk each time I left the hotel.

the pillows need replacing. a large person could not fit well in the shower. it was uncomfortable.

the staff was very friendly and helpful i even got an umbrella when it rained. the location is excellent as a metro station is just around the corner. i appreciated the locker room for storing my bags after checkout. the hotel felt authentic.
The rooms had an odd smell. This was noticeable upon entering and throughout my stay.
