i stayed there and the location is central. the hotel is very close to many places in nanba and dotenbori! the staff are very helpful, even to foreigners.
it's not really mentioned that there's a accomodation tax that you have to pay for per person per night for hotel.

Excellent Central Location

the location was central to everything i wanted to see. the luggage storage room was helpful because i arrived before check-in. staff allowed an early check-in, two hours before the scheduled time. the proximity to the dontonbori glico sign was very convenient.
the hotel cleaning schedule only included a full cleaning once .

the hotel offers luggage storage before check-in. coin laundry is available, though with a limited number of machines.

i did not use any of the dining facilities, but there were many dining options nearby. the neighborhood provides plenty of restaurants and cafes. a convenience store is located on the first floor of the hotel for quick snacks.

the room had enough space for a suitcase and personal belongings. there was also a small table appropriate for dining. sunlight could be let through the curtains without disturbance from outside noise. it included a private bathroom.

the staff was accommodating with check-in and luggage. they were helpful and always available to assist. though luggage service was not available, the staff allowed early check-in.
